Bonnie Z’s obsession with gardening, landed her on 6 acres in the heart of Healdsburg, growing fruits and vegetables for local restaurants.  Her love of flowers, however, started to take over the property which today produces organic flowers and countless varieties of interesting foliage that supplies its flower shop and floral design classes, wedding and event design and farmstand for locals and visitors.

Todd Knoll:
Executive Chef, Jordan Winery

Todd Knoll joined Jordan Winery in 2003 and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2007.  Today, he oversees the entire Jordan culinary program, which includes preparing gourmet food pairings for wine tastings, cooking meals for Jordan Estate Rewards members, creating party menus for special events and managing Jordan's kitchen gardens.

With more than 25 years of bed and breakfast experience, Lucy Lewand learned about innkeeping from her parents, Ray and Del Lewand, who opened the Camellia Inn, the first official inn in Healdsburg.
